Red Sparrow held a test screening of Vivid last Monday and you can read a report of it here, courtesy of Abby. They’ve also posted to their YouTube channel what they describe as the first in a series of behind the scenes clips from the set of Vivid. Charisma does not appear in this clip.
UPDATE: The announcement of Charisma being added to the Texas Frightmare Weekend lineup has been replaced with an announcement about the addition of Christa Campbell. All mention of Charisma’s attendance has been removed from the site so it appears the announcement was made in error.

Charisma has been added as a guest at Texas Frightmare Weekend.
We’re pleased to welcome “Buffy” bombshell Charisma Carpenter to our guest lineup for Texas Frightmare Weekend May 1-3 in Dallas.
Charisma starred in the first three seasons of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” as Cordelia Chase. She then spun the character off for another four seasons on “Angel.” Charisma also had an 11-episode run on “Veronica Mars” as Laker Girl turned trophy wife Kendall Casablancas.
Today, in addition to frequent TV turns, she has two fright flicks on the way: Vivid and House of Bones. Plus an appearance in Sylvester Stallone’s The Expendables as the fiancee of Jason Statham’s character.
Texas Frightmare Weekend runs May 1-3 and, as she’s scheduled to to appear at Grand Slam Sci-Fi Convention on May 2, it’s likely that she’ll be appearing at TFW only Friday or Sunday.
Charisma has been announced as a guest at this year’s Dragon*Con. The event will take place Labor Day weekend (September 4 – September 7, 2009) in Atlanta, GA. More information can be found at the official site.

we’re doing a test screening of “Vivid” starring Charisma Carpenter and are looking for a nice mix of people to attend. We’ve got 2 screenings on Monday – one at 4pm and one at 7pm. Let us know if you´re interested!
Red Sparrow is based in the UK where the movie was filmed so the screenings are most likely being held there. I would love to have a report for the site if anyone is able to attend, even if it’s just general impressions of the movie or a mention of release dates.
